Which Links Pay x-hamster.io

The FTC revised its endorsement rules on 29.06.2023 (FTC), and they define a clear disclosure as difficult to miss and easily understandable, adding that on the internet it should be unavoidable (16 CFR 255.0). In the UK, CAP rule 2.1 requires marketing to be obviously identifiable, and the Advertising Standards Authority has found that telling readers a site may earn a commission is ambiguous.
Hence the wording at the top of this page. x-hamster.io says it is paid, not that it might be.
