Terms of Service
These terms apply to anyone reading x-hamster.io, which publishes independent information on xHamster. Reading the site means accepting them. They do not govern xhamster.com, where Hammy Media Ltd sets its own terms.
Minimum Age for Using x-hamster.io
x-hamster.io is for adults aged 18 or over, or older still where local law sets a higher age of majority. Your click on the Enter button of the 18+ notice is your own statement that you qualify. A false answer breaks these terms.
Local law can be stricter, and following it is your responsibility. UK age checks became compulsory for porn services on 25.07.2025, according to Ofcom, and the regulator can fine a service up to £18 million or 10% of qualifying worldwide revenue, whichever is greater. In Texas, House Bill 1181 requires adult websites to verify visitors' ages. The US Supreme Court upheld it 6-3 on 27.06.2025 in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, and the Texas Attorney General has sued Hammy Media under it.
Permitted Use of the Pages
You may read x-hamster.io, link to it and quote short passages with a link back. Attacking the site's security, scraping it at scale, overloading it or republishing its text as your own is not allowed. Doing so ends your permission to use it.
Use of the xHamster Name
The xHamster name appears on x-hamster.io, in the logo and page titles as well as in the text, to say which service the pages describe; the name itself belongs to its owner. Hammy Media Ltd does business as xHamster.com, according to the Texas petition, and the Disclaimer spells out that the two sites are separate.
Accounts and Payments on Other Sites
Whatever you open or buy after a /go link, whether an xHamster account, Premium or a partner offer, is a contract between you and that site. x-hamster.io does not see, process or refund those payments, and it has no say over the content, prices or conduct there. Which links pay x-hamster.io a commission is set out in the Affiliate Disclosure; what those sites may collect from you is covered in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Limits of x-hamster.io's Liability
As far as the law allows, x-hamster.io is not liable for losses caused by relying on a page, by the site being unavailable, or by anything that happens on a site reached through a link. Reading the site costs nothing. No warranty comes with it, even though facts are checked against their sources, as the About Us page describes. Rights that the law where you live does not allow anyone to exclude remain yours.
When New Terms Take Effect
A revised version of these terms applies from the updated date shown at the bottom of this page, and reading x-hamster.io after that date counts as accepting it. Questions about the terms go through the Contact page.
