Write to x-hamster.io at [email protected] for corrections, privacy requests and questions about the site itself. x-hamster.io only publishes information about xHamster and is not part of it, so it cannot reach into an xHamster account, a Premium bill or an uploaded video.
What to Put in an Email to x-hamster.io
Corrections reach x-hamster.io fastest with two things in the message: the page address and a link to a source showing the right figure. The About Us page explains how that source is weighed. Requests about your own data need the word privacy in the subject line. The Privacy Policy lists what x-hamster.io holds, which is very little, and how long the law in the UK, the EU and California allows for a reply.
Most questions about commissions and cookies are already answered in the Affiliate Disclosure and the Cookie Policy. x-hamster.io replies to adults only.
Requests Only xHamster Can Handle
Account problems, Premium billing, xHamsterLive tips and uploaded videos belong to xHamster, and x-hamster.io has no access to any of them. Send those through xhamster.com. Two separate businesses are involved here, as the Disclaimer states, and the Terms of Service leave any account or payment strictly between you and xHamster.
To get one xHamster video taken down, press the flag or bell icon under it. That files a removal request, and uploaders can also delete their own clips, according to Lex (updated 05.05.2026).
Where to Report Sexual Images of Minors
Sexual images of anyone under 18 should be reported to a hotline, not to x-hamster.io, wherever you saw them. In the US the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children takes reports. In the UK the Internet Watch Foundation accepts them anonymously. Do not download or forward the images. Send the hotline the page address and nothing else.
Removing Intimate Images Shared Without Consent
StopNCII.org, run by the Revenge Porn Helpline at the charity SWGfL, lets adults stop intimate images of themselves from spreading on partner platforms. It turns each image into a digital fingerprint on your own device, so the picture itself never leaves your phone or computer, and shares only the fingerprint. The images must have been taken when you were 18 or older.
One gap matters. xHamster was not on StopNCII's list of industry partners when x-hamster.io checked it on 12.10.2026, although Pornhub and XVideos were. For a video on xHamster, file xHamster's own removal request as well.
